Established in 1865, Pardoo Station has a heritage steeped in the pastoral world. It is only through the care of this pristine landscape by successive generations that it can today call itself home to a pioneering Wagyu company.

A first since the introduction of the introduction of Shogo Takeda’s Foundation Wagyu Sires to Australian shores in the early nineties, Pardoo Wagyu’s transformational genetics programme is leading a new paradigm in the world of Australian wagyu.
Strongly influenced by juiciness and tenderness paired with a smoky, caramelised and confection aroma, unified by the prototypical melt in the mouth signature that Wagyu is synonymous with.
The complete Wagyu experience – umami and buttery as standard; smoky aromas enchant the senses, surprising crunch texture bursting with juiciness before melting in the mouth. This wagyu has an intense richness and confection-like flavour.
Approaching Takeda Ten, wagyu of this marble score possesses slightly less but still distinct umami and buttery flavours. The pinnacle of its success is in its ability to have a texture that hits all the right notes – tender, juicy with the hallmark Wagyu taste.
